Thanks for the shout out - I'm taking this as official promotion from 'annoying gobshite' to 'philosopher' - will update my CV accordingly. Confirmation bias is a huge problem in all walks of life - am a big fan of removing identity information and changing sides repeatedly as a way of ensuring discourse accountability. It's generally true (in my new philosophical opinion) if everyone thinks the same then nobody is really thinking. :o)
