That's absolutely valid - and you're right. We need to have specialst closed courts, we need to do away with public accusation, we need to have better evidence collection that is sensitive to this particular set of crimes, we need to have faster crisis centres who are able to provide and process things, we need better trained lawyers and judges and we need them about ten years ago. The legal system is the answer because the other answer is a non-starter. We've got ourselves into a mess and need to refocus the energy where it's needed.
