That's also a bit of a tricky one.... individual vs collective right is quite vague, but it seems to have come down on the right of individuals. 200 year old vagueness was always going to be problematic when jammed into the 20th Century.

I just thank whatever gods may be that the whole thing was written longhand. Had I typed it, there's a very real chance you guys would have armed bears by now. :o/
