That's because you believe in capitalism - not everything has to be monetised and paid for.... sometimes people can just be helpful.

If I was going to write an instructional course it'd almost certainly be free with one of those buy me a coffee links. You shouldn't be able to buy yourself expertise that isn't available to everyone else who can't afford it - one of the reasons why I won't teach in the private school system.
