That’s not the first time I’ve heard that joke – and as I’ve stated many times before I don’t mind the cut and thrust of debate and you have an excellent turn of phrase. I will be using ‘huge hovering bakery’ in my every day conversation.

Ultimately if you can’t move past your desire to identify me then we have nothing to left to discuss and we will just end up trading insults. It’s a shame but hey ho we’ll both get over it.

I’m in no way above the human fray at all – you’ll find me arguing my position – that identity politics undermines the left wing by introducing a right wing model by the back door – everywhere I think it’s relevant.

If such an argument is arrogant then it escapes my reasoning to find it. If it’s my tone and writing style you don’t like – fair enough. I got bills to pay and the combat ready snarky style engages readers and keeps the wolf from the door. You don’t like what I’m peddling and that’s fine, Marley K is an excellent writer in line with your thoughts. If it’s my penguin identity and tone you can’t get over then Steve QJ is available – we say most of the same things in our articles but he’s a black guy with a less sarcastic approach to his articles.

Both writers are excellent. Enjoy. I’m off to live in my giant hovering bakery.
