I think it's a silly policy to have - but they seem to have a policy in place. If you don't want to do something that's against your religious beliefs you don't have to do it and you have to get the manager. Fine. That's the policy, that's what John did. Pacifist John could work in a gun shop, but he'd probably not last all that long.

Tbf to religious John he could've pressed the tangy and said 'this woman is buying condoms for a weekend with her husband' - but he just refused to get involved. I think he's getting a harsh treatment by people because his personal views don't align with the majority Medium audience.
