The few times I’ve been to NYC I am surprised and dismayed at the number of people wandering around when here in the U.K. they would be in secure rehab wards getting care and medication. For all the posturing and guff espoused by the American left, they’re very bad at progressive politics - it’s almost like the rhetoric and points scoring on social media is easier than actually doing stuff.
