The Northern Irish question is one for the people of Northern Ireland, who (it appears) are fairly equally split on the matter of where they belong. There's no race question there - though it has been compounded and complicated by the British relationship with the EU. I don't think British people see the Irish as a lesser people - and I'm not sure where you've got that from at all. There was a time in the 1980s and 1990s where British people viewed Irish people with scepticism, but in our defence they did blow stuff up.

As for Neo-colonialism of the Global South. What does this actually mean in practice? Where specificially are you talking about? Australia? South Africa? Peru? These are exciting buzzwords to throw about for an inclusion sticker in the identity politics tribe - but what exactly are you talking about?
