The phrasing is problematic, as with all these things. That question can be phrased as 'are you pro-rape?' or it can be phrased as 'do you think rape as a crime is over-focused on by the police relative to other violent crimes?' or even 'Do you feel that abortions occurring after self-reported but unsubstantiated rape claims should be legal?'. Those will create wildly different answers from which conclusions can be drawn.
