There are some problems in your argument that other commenters have highlighted, but I think your idea stands in principle due to how we think. Whilst it might be the case that many women will lose directly if they play soccer the way they're trained (ie the way men play) that may not be true over the long term when the game adapts.

I would expect to see females athletes adopting new and successful strategies where they can get an edge. Whilst there might be very little chance of a female athlete besting Usain Bolt head to head, there's stll a chance that female soccer players could adapt and play a whole new ball game. That's certainly going to be true of any competition in which strategy and skill are as important as physical attributes.
