There is a diminutive form of ‘penis’ and it’s peen rather than pen - and because of the way vowels affects consonants and vice versa, I would shorten vag to vaj. Also, you forgot my least favourite one ever…. ‘The hairy axe wound’ - brutally graphic and disturbing and makes nest curtains seem quaint.
