There’s a contradiction here, if there’s a peaceful march and it’s going to remain peaceful no matter what because it is comprised of peaceful people, then throwing a Jewish agent provocateur into the mix won’t make a difference. If he wanted to cross the road (as he stated) then he should’ve been allowed to do so - as no harm will come to him. No matter how much someone dances around asking me to hit them with a chair, I’m under no obligation to do so.

At the point he began yelling at people and trying to bait people into violent action (other than just existing and crossing the road) then he should’ve been arrested for incitement to violence or breaching the peace.

What you cannot claim is that a march is entirely peaceful if someone crossing through the march would cause a potentially violent reaction. You can claim this man is an agent provocateur if you like - but you have to let him do more than ‘look openly Jewish’ - because if the reason he can’t cross a march is that and that alone, the march is either anti-Semitic or not peaceful.
