These are the issues which need to be explored by sociologists... because these things are not related to skin colour. Why haven't Asians been decimated by drugs, what immunity do they have? What support and investment is lacking in other sectors of society and why? I don't think honour and dishonour is a great way of ensuring kids remain mentally healthy and the suicide rate in South Korea (4th in the world) is testament to that, but there's stuff to pull apart and think about.
