They are…. I hate being micromanaged and I hate having to manage people - everyone should be in a competent team of one that can rub along nicely with other teams but doesn’t have to go to many meetings.

I’m also a big fan of asking for forgiveness rather than permission. Saves a bucket of time. I’m not allowed to control budgets for this reason 😂
