This was great. I know very little about farming and even less about farming in the US but definitely food for thought (pun intended). I’m wondering whether London might start vertical farming.

I think we’re going to have a lot of unused office blocks in the post Covid world – everyone has got very comfy working from home.and there’s not much point businesses and charities paying extortionate office rent if they don’t have to. Could be an excellent opportunity to make London a greener place. Great first article and I hope it’s the first of many :o)
