We have plenty of space, we don't have a good home-building programme.... and we have too many people buying up homes with bedrooms they don't need. It's a nightmare.

The economy here isn't too bad and there are jobs here that aren't being done.... despite the protestations about 'British jobs for British people', there don't seem to be a glut of British workers who want to do those sorts of jobs. Too many influencers, not enough fruit pickers.

We do have a wealth inequality problem - exacerbated by a right-wing government, hell bent on getting as much money into the private sector as they can, particularly those parts where they have a financial interest.
