We treat people as innocent until we prove them guilty. We grant every person the rights of the innocent until those rights are removed after a court case. There is no need to fix my writing. If you have already decided that Trump is a career fraudster ahead of a case then you have demonstrated you would be unsuitable to be in a jury. I think the case might not go in his favour, but I will hold the line that he is innocent until it is proved he isn’t. When you’re dealing with someone with complicated personality disorders you do not grant wiggle room…. Wiggle room in this case being displaying overt bias ahead of a legal trial. Polosi already did and it’ll be used against her.

A presumption of innocence is not strong enough when you then go on to suggest ‘he’s a fraudster and we all know it’. It can and will be used against you in the court of public opinion. You’re trying to win back the right of centre voters who put him in power last time, you don’t do that by being partisan.
