Well.... we're working under the assumption I'm a man (see my pinned story for more on this) - but I'm not sure what you're arguing here.... are you suggesting that I believe people are incapable of real relationships? I don't. I work in mental health, there are plenty of people who aren't suited for engaging in relationships with others - but that's a different thing.
And you seem to be agreeing with me - and the basic premise that being unsuited for relationships because of some sort of psychological situation unfolding (usually in early childhood) isn't a gender specific thing. People can be treated for these things, but such treatment is lengthy and complicated.
I'm unsure what you mean 'believing in ways that are incompatible with real relationships'.
