Well yes... that is the problem, women can be patriarchal too. What you can't do is land the blame squarely at one half of the problem and expect this to be the solution.
Feminism isn't to blame for the economic situation - rather it's mathematical reality, if you invite twice the number of people into the workforce over a period of 40 years, whilst simultaneously mechanising many unskilled jobs then you're going to have unintended consequences around unemployment and lower wage prices. This isn't the fault of feminism any more than urban poverty is the fault of the industrial revolution - they are linked, but there is no blame here.
What I am saying is there should've been a both systems approach. We should have been raising the economic recompense for parenting and making it a job that both men and women wanted to do - at the same time as decreasing the wage for CEOs, using taxation. We shouldn't be presuming that being a CEO is more important than being a parent. If there's a choice between the two then society will pay the price.
Feminism is not a minority struggle, the maths is clear. Feminism is about making sure both halves of the human race are treated equitably. Sure, 93% of top companies CEO are men, but I reckon about 93% of the people who get shot in war are men. Do we need to execute women at the end of the war to level the playing field? Despite many advancements in choice, women are still not choosing dangerous professions and men aren't choosing the caring professions... so should it be mandatory?
I am not protecting my identity, I have removed my identity so it cannot be use as a rhetorical device with which I can be beaten. I will obviously have my own biases and thought processes but the identity will have to be inferred after the fact, I do not believe it is necessary to know in order to engage with the arguments contained therein.
I do not have a fear of feminism - but I have a long standing distrust for the way arguments purporting to be feminist are formed. Some of the stuff you seek is likely to be found in this story here.
