Well… yes, me too…. But the law doesn’t work in ‘what’s likely to happen’ - it requires absolute. I’m not asking what 999/1000 women would do, I’m asking whether that 1/1000 would be prosecutable by law. The law doesn’t allow grey areas of common sense. Not a gotcha, legislative necessity.
