What a beautiful article - the high road is a difficult road to take sometimes, but it is ultimately worth it in the long run.

Men of a certain age don’t have enough emotions on their buffet table to pick from in a crisis - so all emotions generated whether they’re sadness, guilt, frustration or hopelessness result in petulant anger. That’s a huge flaw and not the fault of their partners or children - but it can result in a life sentence of hatred by others (while they have no clue what damage they’ve caused) You’ve cut through all of that - and I hope he does get to read it.

A beautiful article that should be required reading for all divorcing couples. :o)
