What you’ve done there is posited something ‘all misgendering is transphobic’ as a fact, when it is in fact a belief. You’ve presented something as true because you believe it to be true, not because you have a rational explanation for it. I’ll let you decide how that applies to post structuralism.
In a society where everyone gets to police their own subjective truth we quickly run into chaos. Let me show you. I think it’s transphobic when people use vowels in replies to me. Pointing out I’m being ridiculous is now transphobic as is blatantly ignoring my request for you altering your language.
Alternatively we live in a society where the meaning of words has to be agreed by consensus. Put simply, you can say X is transphobic if you want, but nobody has to agree with you. And if someone, let’s say a penguin, comes up with a valid reason why it isn’t - then it goes to the public vote.
And more importantly when it goes to the public vote and you check the comments by some of my trans readers, you’ll see there isn’t even agreement within the trans community about your supposition.
As always, it’s about nuance.
