Yes. Rapist is a subsection of man. That’s why men need to resolve this issue through self policing. So whilst not all men are rapists, all rapists are men (under British law).

Does that mean men should be collectively punished because some men are rapists? No. Does it mean that women should be wary of all men if they aren’t sure which ones are rapists? Sure does.

Paedophile is not a subsection of gay. The sexual attraction to children is different from attraction to adult men or women.
