You can drive people where they long to go. I did that with some Ukranians, they longed to go somewhere there was Harry Potter and I took them to Oxford.

People are looking for quick heuristic fixes for complicated questions. I think most people float around in neutral until someone shows up with an answer which appeals to their world view. Once that answer arises, it's very easy to get people to go there.... when that answer arises is an important question - because if we can stop that answer arising and insert a bit of therapeutic CBT in there, we might stand a chance of ridding the world of asshats - or at least promoting some semblance of critical reasoning.

That remains true regardless of genitals. :o)
