You do indeed, but moral reasoning doesn’t make you an adult (in law at least) it puts you into a special category of young offender.

Special recognition is given to such members of society who are still experiencing huge hormonal shifts and the resultant complex lapses in judgment. Teens are physiologically unable to make proper risk assessments – that’s why they tend to die in car crashes a lot more often than the rest of the population.

You can argue about redefining them into adults if you want, but lowering the voting age would likely be a conservative own goal – as liberalism declines with age.
