You do need to watch the trial because in a society which values laws - that's how you settle disputes. If you arbitrarily decide that some people are just evil based on their genitals then you aren't really solving any problems - you're just creating the opposite problem to the one everyone else is trying to solve.

Rape is indeed very hard to prove and that's why the feminist push needs to be on better evidence collection, quicker prosecutions and moving conversations away from online discussions which often undermine the credibility of evidence. It is not logical to believe 'the victim' because, as Heard/Depp proved, you first have to ascertain who the victim is. The courts need to do better - but the way to do better is not to open up the courts of public opinion.

I didn't say the policy was written by evil women - what I said was 'feminism is a push towards fairness' - if you think it's fair for one group of people to be treated one way on the basis of their genitals then you aren't pushing for feminism. If you're fighting for equality, then you're fighting for equality for job prospects AND armed conflict, because that's a world that doesn't differentiate on the basis of gender - otherwise you're just picking and choosing what sort of equality you want.

Men have differentiated between feminism and misandry pretty accurately - and I wrote about Amber Heard and why it crashed the course of feminism so easily. You can find that article here. https://medium.com/lucid-nightmare/how-amber-heard-crashed-the-course-of-feminism-c0ec43ff7a52

Men aren't co-opting the feminist movement, they're rejecting those aspects of it which promote things like guilt at the point of accusation. At the start of the #MeToo movement, most men were on board. That was a real moment of change - and like a great big lumbering beast, it became more and more unsteady and more unpredictable - and less and less men (and indeed less women) were interested in staying with it. By the time Tara Reade accused Joe Biden, the gig was up. The mainstream movement was lost. That was sad. And it wasn't the fault of men co-opting the movement, it was a problem with sliding misandry in under the guise of feminism.

And your'e entitled to that opinion but I don't think the evidence is in your favour. That doesn't mean he's morally upstanding and a paragon of virtue - but I'm confident to say that legally, psychologically and medically, he was not a paedophile.
