You do seem to love your guns to an unfathomable level for anyone outside of the USA. The rest of the world thinks its insane - especially here in the UK. Guns just aren't a big thing here. People do have them, but they aren't routinely owned or used.

We do still have racism problems here, but they pale in comparison with what happens in the states. A large part of what the BLM movement has to do here is to differentiate between what happens over there - and what happens over here. Vociferous action to the same degree as the states when done here doesn't get much support from the British public. Our racism is more insidious and steeped in classism too - police would not get away with many of the things that seem to happen routinely over the pond.
