You have misunderstood the word ‘bigot’ - it simply means an inability to listen to people with opposing views. That’s it. If you can’t listen to why people might be conservative, racist, or vote for Trump then you likely aren’t going to be the right person to bring them into a more liberal mindset.

The left and the right have an equal number of bigots - but each can only identify their opposite number. I think bigotry, baiting and applause filled echo chambers are indicative of the problem not a declaration of the world being better.
