As I’ve said before, society progresses to the left when compassionate people steer the conversation. That push and pull you’re talking about has been the result of letting both transphobes and trans activists wind each other up.

What may have been more helpful was a quick conversation about why I stick to the centre ground, but instead you’ve rocked up to tell me I’m not allowed an opinion because your feelings matter more.

Who do you think will be left to defend trans-people if this is the way you treat those who respect pronouns, raise valid points, and engage in reasonable discussion.
