You're absolutely right, I did. The question is whether we are able to 'break the programming'. I think there's a valid argument to suggest that religion, politics, law and to some extent art and sport have been collective attempts to subdue some of that war-like ape within our species.

The bias for the current approach system is heavily rooted in evolutionary psychology and that's fine - but we're in an era where we're questioning patriarchal norms. This is one norm that rarely gets talked about and I'm curious as to why.
