You're so woke you're going to hurt yourself on a sharp argument if you're not careful.

I'm not suggesting that white folks are over-represented in categories like CEOs and Oscar winning directors. They clearly are. What I'm suggesting is that perhaps the answer isn't simply to usher in an equality metric as a way of redressing that balance.

In your methodology what you'd need is the best Black guy at sucking white dicks. Or you'd need to announce that the third fastest guy is actually the winner because there has to be equality based on your chosen characteristic.

There are clearly imbalances in the way the world operates, but most of those imbalances can be mitigated by economic redistribution. I don't have a problem with reparations, I think it's a good idea. It's socialist... but it can't be done on the basis of race.

Why not?

Because if you do that on the basis of race alone, you're patronising a whole bunch of non-white people. You're validating victim status for an entire generation. You're letting them know they wouldn't have won the 100m without some white saviour help from batshit faux liberalism. You're taking the medal of Oscar winner, CEO or University placement and you're making the validity questionable. And well-meaning but misguided liberal white folks just don't see it.

That's probably the closest I can come to a rebuttal already written. And yes, one day an Asian will win the 100m, because it's likely not entirely a product of genome. It's also very likely to be financial accumen in the nation state. I'm all in favour of that day happening. :o)
