Playwright. Screenwriter. Penguin.

I enjoy paddling around in the shallow end of the philosophy, psychology and history pool. I'm not afraid of the occasional opinion piece and the odd little humour article. I'm usually in trouble with someone.

Big fan of rational argument and polite discourse. Centrist, officially and by temperament, though on Medium that apparently reads as Nazi-Fascist adjacent, which tells you more about the platform's tilt than it does about me.

Come for the content. Enjoy the biting British sarcasm.

I'm newbie-friendly and don't peck unless provoked. You'll find me very active in the comments section of my own work and the work of other writers. I write a lot, I read a lot, I have a lot of thoughts, not necessarily in that order.

If you want to find out more about me or donate to my Ko-Fi, then you can follow those two links, or look for the stories pinned at the top of my profile.

Want me to ghostwrite your screenplay, get involved in writing your content or bum around your house looking arty and tortured? You can contact me for these (and other nefarious purposes) at argumentativepenguin@outlook.com

To quote another anthropomorphic legend.

That's all folks.
